Demo shop: these pages are templates filled with the shop's data, to be reviewed by counsel before any real sale.
La Maison du Café SRL is the data controller for data collected on demo.opustack.shop. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- For an order: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order details. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- For the newsletter: your email, language and consent date, confirmed by a click in the email you receive. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- For a back-in-stock alert: your email, until the alert is sent.
- For a customer account: the above plus your order history.
What we don't do
No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Audience measurement uses Umami, self-hosted, cookie-free and without identifying visitors. The only cookies set are functional: cart, session, language, delivery country, wishlist.
Who we share with
- Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) for payment.
- The chosen carrier, for delivery: name, address, email and phone needed for transport.
- Resend, Inc. (USA, EU servers) for transactional emails.
- Opustack, which hosts and operates the shop, and its technical sub-processors: Vercel (diffusion du site), Railway (gestion des commandes), Cloudflare (images).
No data is sold or passed on for commercial purposes.
Retention
Order data is kept ten years for accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until unsubscription. An account inactive for three years is deleted after notice.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: write to bonjour@demo.opustack.shop. We answer within a month. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
