Demo shop: these pages are templates filled with the shop's data, to be reviewed by counsel before any real sale.
La Maison du Café SRL is the data controller for data collected on demo.opustack.shop. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- For an order: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order details. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- For the newsletter: your email, language and consent date, confirmed by a click in the email you receive. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- For a back-in-stock alert: your email, until the alert is sent.
- For a customer account: the above plus your order history.
Cookies and audience measurement
Audience measurement is done with Umami, self-hosted, without cookies and without identifying visitors: it does not require your consent.
We do, however, measure how well our ads perform, which requires a cookie and sharing with Meta and Google. This only happens with your consent, asked on your first visit and withdrawable at any time from the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

Who we share with
Each provider receives what it needs, and nothing more.
- Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) for payment: you are redirected there and see its name.
- The chosen carrier and our shipping preparation tool: name, address, email and phone needed for transport.
- Opustack, which hosts and operates the shop, and its technical providers: website and order hosting, email sending.
- Meta and Google, to measure how well our ads work, and only if you consented to it.
These providers act on our instructions and make no other use of the data. Data is hosted in the European Union; where a provider is established outside the Union, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

No data is sold or passed on for commercial purposes.
Retention
Order data is kept ten years for accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until unsubscription. An account inactive for three years is deleted after notice.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: write to bonjour@demo.opustack.shop. We answer within a month. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
