These terms govern every order placed on demo.opustack.shop with La Maison du Café SRL (La Maison du Café SRL · Rue du Moulin 12, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique · VAT BE 0000.000.000 · bonjour@demo.opustack.shop · +32 2 000 00 00).
Orders
An order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email lists the items, prices and delivery address. We may refuse an order in case of unavailability or suspected fraud; the customer is then fully refunded.
Prices
Prices are in EUR, VAT included, excluding shipping, which is shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
Offers (quantity discounts, gift from a threshold, dated offers) apply automatically to the cart under the conditions shown on the product page; they are neither combinable with unrelated codes nor retroactive.
Payment
Payment is made online, securely, through Mollie B.V. (Netherlands), using the methods offered at checkout (cards, Bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal where available). The shop stores no payment card data.
Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1 working day and delivered in 2 to 3 working days to: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany.
Shipping is free from 45 EUR; below that, costs are shown before payment.
Risk passes to the customer on delivery. Damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Notify us at bonjour@demo.opustack.shop and return the items within the following 14 days, at your cost, to Rue du Moulin 12, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique.
Opened or unsealed foodstuffs cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons: only unopened bags are accepted.
Refunds, including the original shipping cost, are made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
Warranty
Consumers benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. A non-conforming product is replaced or refunded, return costs on us.
Personal data
Data processing is described in our privacy policy, linked from every page.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence. Disputes are first addressed amicably; consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service.
