Shipping and returns

Timing

We prepare orders within 1 working day. Delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days depending on the country. You get a tracking email when the parcel leaves.

Countries and costs

We ship to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany.

Free shipping from 45 EUR. Below that, the carrier's cost is shown before payment.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, without having to explain yourself. Write to bonjour@demo.opustack.shop, send the parcel back to Rue du Moulin 12, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique, and we refund within 14 days of receiving it, original shipping included.

A few exceptions provided by law:

• goods that deteriorate or expire quickly (art. VI.53, 4°; art. L221-28, 4°)
• sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (art. VI.53, 5°; art. L221-28, 5°)

In doubt, or an item that is not for you: write to us anyway, we'll find a solution.

Model withdrawal form

You may use this form, though you don't have to. To La Maison du Café SRL, Rue du Moulin 12, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique, bonjour@demo.opustack.shop:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods.”

• Order reference, ordered on, received on
• Name and address of the consumer
• Date, and signature if you write to us on paper

A clear message is enough: what matters is that it says unambiguously that you are withdrawing.

Damaged parcel or mistake

Report any damaged parcel or mistake within 48 hours, with a photo: we resend or refund, at our cost.
