Timing
We roast and prepare orders within 1 working day. Delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days depending on the country. You get a tracking email when the parcel leaves.
Countries and costs
We ship to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany.
Free shipping from 45 EUR. Below that, the carrier's cost is shown before payment.
Returns
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, bag unopened. Write to bonjour@demo.opustack.shop, send the parcel back to Rue du Moulin 12, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgique, and we refund within 14 days of receiving it, original shipping included.
An opened bag cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons. If you don't like it, write to us anyway: we'll find a solution.
Damaged parcel or mistake
Report any damaged parcel or mistake within 48 hours, with a photo: we resend or refund, at our cost.
